About Grace...
Grace came to Evans & O’Brien in June of 2006 as a sales agent with a
background in business management and teaching. She is currently working for a local high
school as a Veterinary Science teacher part-time while attending Cabrillo College pursuing
her real-estate license.
She enjoys working with her clients to find the right home for their needs. Grace lives
in a mobile home community and feels that it is perfect housing for many applications.
"In our community we have students who buy a home while in college
and end up with an investment when they graduate. The homes are usually
priced so first home buyers can get started in the housing market and
seniors can afford to get a retirement home by the beach."
