About Janet...

Jan was born in Roseville, attended schools in Sacramento, and spent most of her adult life in this area. She and her husband moved to the Palm Desert area in 1990 where they became part owners and managers of Imperial Hot Mineral Spa. The Spa is a Mobile Home Park. During that time she became a Department of Housing Dealer and fell in love with the friendly comfortable lifestyle of a Manufactured Housing Community. After her husband’s death in 2006 Jan was drawn back to the Sacramento area where her daughter, 3 grandsons and a host of old friends reside.

Jan is delighted to work with Evans & O’Brien where she will continue her goal of introducing folks to the real enjoyment of Manufactured Home Living.
